As soon as you enter, let yourself be seduced by the elegance of a storage space, access to the bathroom and the separate toilet.

The living room invites you to relax with its cozy sofa bed (made on request) and a 100 cm television for your movie nights.

The customized living room table, located next to an adjoining and perfectly equipped kitchen, including a washing machine available for (ONLY stays of more than 6 nights), promises moments of sharing and

gastronomy.

Its two bedrooms, with a welcoming double bed, each equipped with an 80 cm SMART TV, are a real invitation to rest.

Every morning, open your eyes to a day full of promises and discoveries.

The 6 m² furnished balcony is your shared setting to enjoy a sunny breakfast or a drink under the stars.

Located a stone's throw from the Polygone shopping center and close to the train station, "L'Étoile Biterroise" enjoys a privileged location that allows you to easily explore the treasures of Béziers and its surroundings.

The beach is only a 15-minute drive away, where you can relax for days and unforgettable memories.

For families and friends, we have thought of everything: board games to liven up your evenings and complete equipment for the little ones, including a baby bed available on request.

We care about your comfort and well-being, which is why upon your arrival, you will find the beds already made, soft towels and all the essentials for a hassle-free stay. IMPORTANT: bring your own towels for using the swimming pool! DO NOT USE THE TOWELS PROVIDED.

The swimming pool is shared by the entire residence and is open from June 15 to September 15.

For your convenience, the train station is a short walk away, and a bus stop is right in front of the residence.

Parking at the foot of the building is child's play, a space will be reserved specifically for your stay.

And of course, Wi-Fi is offered to stay connected.

If you have any questions or need information and recommendations on outings to do with family or friends, contact us!

You will also find flyers available with many activities to do in the surrounding area.

We offer you the provision of bed linen as well as towels during your stay.

If you need to prepare the baby bed, please ask us when you book and let us know if you prefer to have it in the bedroom or in the living room.

It is very easy to park at the foot of the building, a parking space will be reserved for you for your entire stay. If you have more than one vehicle, please let us know in advance.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the accommodation, you will find the connection information in the welcome booklet.

The necessary basic products are provided for the first day.

The apartment must be returned in its original condition! The dishes used must be cleaned, dried and put away and the trash thrown into the containers located at the entrance of the residence.

REMINDER: No gatherings or parties are allowed in the accommodation.
